Announcing Hiago

Gilcilene Pereira and Tiago Braga of Oak Bluffs announce the birth of a son, Hiago P. Braga, born on Nov. 3, at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Hiago weighed 7 pounds, 7.5 ounces at birth.
