Please Adopt Us
Our featured cat this week is Chloe, a beautiful tortoiseshell. Chloe came to us from an abusive household; she was shy and didn’t trust people readily. With months of loving care and attention she has come out of her shell. She would make a tremendous addition to the home of someone who has the time and love to give to this beautiful cat. One of our other torties is Butter, who looks a lot like Chloe but has a striking splash of white on her face. Our third tortie is Barley, a very unusually marked cat with a nice voice when she wants attention — which is often. Our black cats are Ceilia, our shelter mascot who loves to greet everyone, and Lily, who has the run of the shelter and loves to sleep in Lisa’s office, curled up on anything that is soft. Kitty Randolph is a striped gray tiger who wants to be patted all the time. Our last cat is Tigger, who really needs someone to love and play with him.
Our cages are emptying quickly. We would so love to have rest empty before summer comes, when we get an influx of kittens, which happens every spring. If you are looking for a special animal to adopt, call the shelter and put your name on the “Wish List,” If such an animal becomes available, we can notify you.
