Next weekend, March 30 and 31, the Martha’s Vineyard Public Charter School will present its annual theater production. This year they take on Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream, a play with essentially four plots in one: a royal wedding, prank-playing fairies, a love quadrangle and workmen trying to put on a play. Something for everyone indeed.

The cast includes students from grades five through twelve. Some of the lower school students also come along for the ride as fairies and assorted teachers will also make guest appearances, including principal Bob Moore.

All shows are at the Grange Hall in West Tisbury. The Friday, March 30, performance is at 7 p.m. and the Saturday, March 31, shows are at 2 and 7 p.m.
