Welcome Isaac

Celia Dos Reis and Abraaó Alves of Oak Bluffs announce the birth of a son, Isaac Reis Alves, born on April 4 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Isaac weighed 7 pounds, 3 ounces at birth.
