Mikaella C.A. Silveira and Jorge Jose Silveira Jr. of Oak Bluffs announce the birth of a daughter, Ariella Andrade Silveira, born on Sept. 14 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Ariella weighed 6 pounds, 7.5 ounces at birth.
