Sara Hoffman and Jeremy Houser of Chilmark announce the birth of a daughter, Emily Elizabeth Houser, born on Jan. 29, 2013 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Emily weighed 8 pounds, 1 ounce at birth.
