Next Wednesday, Feb. 27, the Martha’s Vineyard Museum is hosting a decoy painting workshop for kids. The class begins at 1 p.m. and is a perfect accompaniment to its ongoing exhibit, The Art of the Hunt: Martha’s Vineyard Decoys.

While at the museum, kids and adults can check out the latest spotlight exhibit featuring portraits by Stan Murphy. Reservations are required. Cost is $8 for members and $12 for nonmembers. Call 508-627-4441, ext. 110, to reserve a place.
