Chelsea Pennebaker and Alan Hedin of West Tisbury announce the birth of a daughter, Esme Pennebaker Hedin, born on March 10, 2013 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Esme weighed 7 pounds, 11 ounces at birth. She joins brother Cyrus.
