Amera Ignacio and Todd Vanderhoop of Aquinnah announce the birth of a son, Lyle Ignacio Vanderhoop, born on June 30 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Lyle weighed 7 pounds, 9.9 ounces at birth.
