Thank you to Dr. Peter J. Laursen and Dr. Timothy E. Guiney for their professionalism, patience and kindness in keeping me together. Thank you to my friend of 49 years from our college days, Cynthia A. Dolph-McKenna, who is there for me every time I am in Mass General (my private duty nurse). Thank you to the staff in the cardiac catheterization unit, the girls who only distribute lime green bags (nothing in pink nor purple), Beth, Judy, Kyle, Dr. Kenta Nakamura, Dr. Marc Semigran (who remembered me from five years ago, but then again how would one forget?), Pat, Mikos and Anthony (who prevented another vasovagal event). To the staff on Ellison 11 — Liz, Stephanie, John (aka J. Gould), Sarah and Carol Brown. And to the staff in the cardiac stress testing unit — David, Maureen, Jonathan (even though he provided me with size 3X pants for the test), and Dr. Tzing. Thank you especially for the love and support of my family and friends. I am home once more with a new lease on life
