Lea Rosbeck and Ted Rosbeck of Edgartown announce the birth of a daughter, Willow Caneel Rosbeck, born on Nov. 23 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Willow weighed 8 pounds, 1 ounce at birth.
