Amy Koenig Da Silva and Rene Da Silva of Vineyard Haven announce the birth of a daughter, Anabel Louise Da Silva, born on Dec. 1 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Anabel weighed 7 pounds, 10 ounces at birth.
