Prudence Fisher and Joseph Peters of Oak Bluffs announce the birth of a daughter, Brooke Elizabeth Peters, born on Dec. 20 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Brooke weighed 6 pounds, 4.8 ounces at birth. She joins big brother Ben at home.
