Sandra Paim and Julian Borges of Oak Bluffs announce the birth of a son, Kelson Julian Paim Borges, born on Feb. 14 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Kelson weighed 8 pounds, 10.5 ounces at birth. The Valentine’s Day baby boy was welcomed by his big sister Kiandra Borges.
