Anna Chesley Merhalski and Daniel Merhalski of Chilmark announce the birth of a daughter, Isabel Anne Merhalski, born on March 12 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Isabel weighed 7 pounds, 1.7 ounces at birth.
