Guinevere Higgins and Gerald Soriano of Charlottesville, Va., and West Tisbury announce the birth of their son, Andre Orion Soriano, born at home on Feb. 24. Andre weighed 10 pounds at birth. His maternal grandparents are Abigail and Tony Higgins of West Tisbury.
