Anastasia M. Carter and William N. Camacho of Oak Bluffs announce the birth of a daughter, Sophia Noelle Camacho, born on August 12 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Sophia weighed 8 pounds, 6.2 ounces at birth.
