Leidemar Moreira and Luciano Moreira of Vineyard Haven announce the birth of a daughter, Yasmin Layra Rodrigues Moreira, born on Sept. 2 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Yasmin weighed 8 pounds, 11.8 ounces at birth.
