Jennifer Goeckel and Johnathan Goeckel of Oak Bluffs announce the birth of a daughter, Charlotte Elizabeth Goeckel, born on Oct. 6 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Charlotte weighed 8 pounds, 1 ounce at birth.
