Miriam de Oliveira and Carlos de Oliveira of Oak Bluffs announce the birth of a daughter, Emanuelly Mateus Paiva de Oliveira, born on Oct. 30 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Emanuelly weighed 8 pounds, 6 ounces at birth. She is joined by her sister Sarah at home.
