Joelma Lage and Isaias Neto of Edgartown announce the birth of a son, Emanuel Oliveira Lage, born on Nov. 17 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Emanuel weighed 8 pounds, .09 ounces at birth. He joins big brother Matheus at home.
