Chyenne Cimeno and Kenneth Ward of Oak Bluffs announce the birth of a daughter, Emmalee Rose Ward, born on Jan. 17 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Emmalee weighed 7 pounds, 8.4 ounces at birth.
