What’s Written Within, an improvisation, modern dance company, will be performing at the Martha’s Vineyard Hebrew Center, 130 Center street, Vineyard Haven on Sunday, April 19, at 4 p.m.

The dance company is composed of Island men and women, ranging in age from 17 to 89. Some in the company have extensive training in dance, others do not. The common denominator is a love of movement.

Dancers for this performance are Genevieve Abbot, Ted Box, Sandy Broyard, George Cohn, Sally Cohn, Sandra Demel, Margaret Knight, Carol Loud, Susan Puciul and Susan Tirabasi. Guest artists for this performance include Jesse Keller, Holly Jones and Sierra Adams from Dance the Yard, and Bruce MacNelly on electric guitar. The group is directed by Sandy Broyard and Sally Cohn.
