Kristin Zern has been named director of the rental division at Vineyard Open House Real Estate. Ms. Zern spent several years working in New York as a real estate agent and investor. She has also worked for more than 20 years in the travel industry as executive director of Travel Marketing Executives, where she was responsible for event planning, membership, fund-raising, education, marketing, technology and social media.

Ms. Zern joined Vineyard Open House in August of last year.

She and her husband Brook have lived year-round in West Tisbury since 2007.
