Patricia Philbin and David Lawrence of Oak Bluffs announce the birth of a daughter, Lila Grace Lawrence, born on May 17 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Lila weighed 5 pounds, 15.8 ounces at birth. She joins big brother Jacob at home.
