Sydney and Jeffrey LaBell of Oak Bluffs announce the birth of a daughter, Leya Josephine LaBell, born May 28 at 10:48 a.m. at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Leya weighed 6 pounds, 11.5 ounces at birth and measured 17.5 inches long.
