Terri Lee Hakala and Richard Anthony Medeiros of Oak Bluffs announce the birth of a daughter, Joni Lee Medeiros, born on July 9 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Joni weighed 7 pounds and 5.9 ounces at birth.
