Laura and Chuck Noonan of Vineyard Haven announce the birth of a son, Charles Arthur Noonan 4th, born on July 16 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Charles weighed 8 pounds, 12 ounces at birth. He joins big sister Laura at home.
