For the third year in a row, Union Chapel welcomes Reverend Susan Sparks to be the guest preacher on Sunday, July 26.

Ms. Sparks is a former trial lawyer and standup comedian, who is currently the senior pastor of New York city’s Madison Avenue Baptist Church. Her book, Laugh Your Way to Grace: Reclaiming the Spiritual Power of Humor, was named one of the best spiritual books of 2010.

The organ prelude begins at 9:40 a.m., and the worship at 10 a.m.

Union Chapel is located in Oak Bluffs at the intersection of Kennebec, Narragansett and Circuit avenues.
