Suellen de Jesus and Welison Pereira of Oak Bluffs announce the birth of a daughter, Sophie de Jesus Pereira, born on Oct. 16 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Sophie weighed 6 pounds, 9.9 ounces at birth.
