The choir of the First Congregational Church of West Tisbury led by David Rhoderick and Molly Conole will hold their fourth annual Christmas concert at the church on Sunday, Dec. 20, at 4 p.m. with a program featuring a variety of musical masterpieces from the 17th to the 21st century. The centerpiece of the concert will be a performance of the Christmas Story by German composer Heinrich Schütz. The choir is accompanied by the newly-formed Martha’s Vineyard Chamber Orchestra with trumpets, trombones, woodwind and strings.

Carols from North America, Wales, Italy and England will also be performed by the choir and guest performers.

Doors open at 3:30 p.m.. The suggested donation for admission is $15. A reception follows the concert.
