The Martha’s Vineyard Hospital is conducting a health needs assessment and quality of life survey beginning this week and running through Feb. 15.

The survey, in combination with conversations in the community and updated state and local data, will be used to help identify health care needs and quality of life issues and ways to address them. The hospital plans to repeat the survey every three years to gauge its progress in improving the delivery of care and quality of life on Martha’s Vineyard.

A link to the survey is available at mvhospital.com. The survey will also be available throughout the hospital and at Island libraries along with a return envelope.

The survey is anonymous; both year-round and part-time residents are encouraged to participate.
