The Peter and Elizabeth C. Tower Foundation is now accepting inquiries for its 2016 small grants program which allows the foundation to respond to the short-term organizational needs of nonprofits. Organizations that provide services in one of four funding categories, mental health, substance abuse, intellectual disabilities or learning disabilities, may be eligible for funds.
