The March meeting of the Neighborhood Convention will be held on Tuesday, March 1, beginning at 11 a.m. at Grace Episcopal Church in Vineyard Haven. The Rev. Brian Murdoch will conduct the worship service. Andrea Rogers will lead the program on Vineyard Artisans Festivals. Bring a bag lunch; dessert and beverages will be provided.
