Shawn M. McCormack has joined the Boston law firm Davis, Malm & D’Agostine, P.C. as an associate.

He is the son of Michael and Mary Lee McCormack of West Tisbury. Mr. McCormack practices in the litigation, real estate and environmental areas and focuses on real estate litigation and permitting, including zoning, wetlands, other land use regulations and title matters. Prior to joining Davis Malm, he served as law clerk to the Hon. Gordon H. Piper, justice of the Land Court Department of the Trial Court of Massachusetts. He received a J.D. (cum laude) from Suffolk University Law School, and a bachelor’s degree from Skidmore College.
