Second Lieut. Alicia Oliveira recently completed basic officer leader course at Fort Sill, Okla. The six-month course was only recently opened to female officers. Lieutenant Oliveira has reported to Schofield Barracks, Fort Shafter in Oahu, Hawaii. A 2011 graduate of the Martha’s Vineyard Regional High School and a 2015 graduate of Providence College, she is the daughter of David and Margaret Oliveira of Oak Bluffs.
