Kathryn and Nicholas Phelps of Edgartown announce the birth of a daughter, Sloane Chloe Phelps, born May 17 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Sloane weighed 7 pounds, 14 ounces at birth. She joins big brother Grady Phelps at home.
