Dawn Bellante Holand has joined Point B Realty as the managing director, the company announced last week.

Ms. Bellante Holand was previously general manager of Martha’s Vineyard Online and executive director of the Vineyard House.

“Dawn’s experience and commitment to the Island community is a perfect fit with the values at Point B Realty,” principal owner/broker Wendy Harman said in a press release. “We view her joining us as a sign of our commitment to offering our clients the very best experience when buying, selling, or renting properties on Martha’s Vineyard.”
