Dana Guyer and Carlos Tilghman-Osborne of Chappaquiddick announce the birth of a daughter, Matilda Belle Guyer-Osborne, born on July 2 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Matilda weighed 8 pounds at birth.
