Emily and Paul Galligan of West Tisbury announce the birth of a son, Ever Wilde Galligan, born July 20 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Ever weighed 6 pounds, 13.4 ounces at birth. He joins his big brother Aiden Thomas at home.
