On Sunday, August 7, at 2 p.m. the Friends of the Vineyard Haven Library are honoring Shakespeare for the Masses for their ongoing efforts to bring the Shakespeare canon to the people, by offering it for free and in abridged versions. And to say thank you for the award, the theatre troupe will be performing a 20 minute version of Pericles.

Be a part of the masses, stand up for Shakespeare and those who make it easier to swallow in small morsels.
