Aimee and Paul Cotton of Oak Bluffs announce the birth of a son, Owen Quincy Cotton, born August 10 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Owen weighed 9 pounds, 14 ounces at birth, and he joins siblings Grace, Caroline and Samuel at home.
