Ilikea Scott and Mark Fuentes of Edgartown announce the birth of a daughter, Penelope Lynn Fuentes, born at 2:21 a.m. on August 25 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Penelope weighed 6 pounds, 13 ounces at birth.
