Stever Aubrey has been named the new chairman of the board of directors of Martha’s Vineyard Museum. He will replace Elizabeth Beim, who recently served for six years as board chairman.

Mr. Aubrey is a former senior executive and marketing and advertising professional who lives year-round in Edgartown.

The museum also announced that they have raised $1.5 million in the last two months in a capital campaign for renovations at the Marine Hospital, the museum’s future home.
