Joyce L. Reis and Jairo Diniz Freitas of Vineyard Haven announce the birth of a son, Jaysen Ray Lima Freitas, born Sept. 15 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Jaysen weighed 8 pounds, 14.4 ounces.
