The Oak Bluffs Columbus Day 5K kicks off Sunday, Oct. 9 at 10:30 a.m.

The race will start the Summercamp hotel, 70 Lake avenue in Oak Bluffs, with a route taking runners and walkers along East Chop. There will also be a one-mile fun run starting at 10:30 a.m.

Register at the Summercamp on Saturday, Oct. 8 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. or Sunday, Oct. 9 from 8:30 to 10 a.m. The 5K registration fee is $20; $10 for the fun run. The first 150 registrants receive T-shirts.
