Coral and Tom Shockey of Vineyard Haven announce the birth of a son, Blaise Peter Shockey, born Oct. 9 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Blaise weighed 8 pounds, 7 ounces at birth. He joins big brother Tech at home.
