There will be a benefit concert for Standing Rock called Water is Life held at the Chilmark Community Center on Saturday, Nov. 12, beginning at 6 p.m.

Singers include Kate Taylor, Jemima James, The Black Brook Singers, Willy Mason, Alex Karalekas, Phil daRosa, The Earth Tribe Singers and Valerie Sonnenthal.

There is a $20 suggested donation.
