All our shelter residents have prepared their lists for Santa, hoping their Christmas wishes will come true.

Our resident most excited about Christmas is one-year-old Mary, a petite tuxedo cat with long legs. Her list includes LOTS of toys to play with, and a family who will play with her.

Four-year old large buff and white male Lefty wishes for a forever home that has another cat that he can become best buds with. He misses his former housemate but has bonded with Chaps here at the shelter. He feels a home with a dog would be fine as well.

Chaps’s wish is for a comfy bed, some petting, good food and someone to share his love with. He’s white with black markings and at 11 isn’t asking for much, just a home where he can stay for the rest of his life.

Cee Cee, a female with long black fur who is seven years old, wants someone who will appreciate her beauty and bestow affection upon her, at her discretion. And when it comes to a new home, her wish is to be an only pet.

Tiger Lily wants attention, attention, attention. She is five years old, tabby and white. A home with a family to play with and pet her would be her dream come true.

Hunter is our newest resident. She’s a year old gray and black tabby and her Christmas wish is to leave the shelter as soon as possible. She’s praying to find her forever home sooner rather than later.

Santa came early for some of our residents. Lilac point Siamese Simon, awesome tortie Doris, and the very sweet buff and white boy ZZ have all gone to their new forever homes. And so has the adorable little beagle mix, Happy, who is now happy again.

And all of the shelter residents, staff and volunteers want to wish everyone the happiest of holiday seasons.
