Taylor and Jennifer Toole of Arlington are happy to announce the birth of a daughter, Charlie Violet Toole, born Dec. 9 at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. Charlie weighed 6 pounds, 14 ounces at birth. Her delighted grandparents are Marney and Richard Toole of Oak Bluffs and Molly Paul and Andy Silverman of Concord.
